Out This Week: Trailer Food, Pepin and More eBooks

New This Week: October 17th to 23rd

BUY IT! - Essential Pepin: More Than 700 All-Time Favorites from My Life in Food

If you’re out looking for a cookbook on Tuesday, October 18th, you’ll be swamped with choices. There are lots of great books being unboxed that day including the latest effort from a culinary legend, Jacques Pepin.

There’s an interesting book on sausage making out this week, Sausages: Mouthwatering Recipes from Merguez to Mortadella. Chef Charlie Trotter lends his comments to the forward. Worth a look I think.

More ebooks hit the market and pre-holiday releases are starting to push their way through the pipeline. As we get closer to the end of the year, you can expect some big name chef/authors will be vying for your hard earned gift giving dollars. Brace yourself.

Enough talk, Let’s get to this weeks list.

Love Jacques Pepin! I’ve used several of his cookbooks over the years and his recipes always seem to work out great. I was a little disappointed to see that this one didn’t have pictures, most of his others do.
