November 1st is the BIG day this week. A ton of books are out that day.
Included on Tuesday, is the digital edition of Linda McCartney’s Vegetarian Home Cooking. This book was originally published in 1992. Back then, the vegetarian culinary lifestyle is nowhere near what it is today. Looking back on it, Linda’s book was groundbreaking. It brought attention to what was then considered a fringe lifestyle.
Also notable this week are entries by John Besh, Kim Ima and a bunch of good looking books on baking.
