Singer, songwriter and now Chef/Author Sheryl Crow, gives us her take on a healthy lifestyle diet.
The title is a pretty accurate description of what lays between the pages, “more than 100 delicious recipes inspired by the seasons”.
Sheryl takes us through each season and ties the chapter titles back to a musical connection of what she might be doing at that time of year in her day job, that of musical hit maker.
Recipes here run from easy to a little more difficult. There’s nothing in this book like a French Laundry dish. But, that’s kind of the point of it. Approachable, healthy and delicious meals you can make at home.
