Author and food lover, Maya Angelou is due out with her second cookbook this coming December (timed very nicely for holiday gift giving).
The 176 page book will be filled with fantastic illustrations and recipes that focus on healthy eating and portion control. Inspired by her travels and struggles, Great Food, All Day Long, aims to guide readers on the path to cooking super flavorful food, eaten in smaller portions.
The new book will include Maya’s interpretation of Chicken Tetrazzini, Oxtail Soup and Creamy Pork Hash, as well as many others.
This is the followup to her first cookbook, Hallelujah!, The Welcome Table.
