NEW RELEASE ALERT: Tupelo Honey Cafe

Set for release on April 5, 2011, this new addition to the cookbook market will contain some amazing recipes from a Asheville NC dining hot spot.

Chef Brian Sonoskus has long been known for bringing the best ingredients from local sources to his restaurant. His recipes accentuate the freshest take on traditional southern cuisine. Now those recipes will be within your reach.

A portion of the proceeds from this book will be donated to the Manna Food Bank and the Appalachian Sustainable Agriculture Project.
